Volunteer as a SOMA Mentor
Our SOMA therapy program runs twice a year.
Each semester 4 volunteers move to São Tomé
to deliver the program.
Volunteers are provided with training, transfer from/to airport and accommodation at SOMA Surf House during their mission.
#1 SURF COACH

1. SURF COACH
As a surf coach, you will teach the 2x surf lessons per week for 5 months. You will be supported by the surf program lead who will XXX and field coordinator, available 24/7.

2. STUDY MENTOR

Application Process

Tell us more about you via the application form. In the application explain us in a few words who you are, what is your motivation to volunter with SOMA in Sao Tome? Why you?

Once your application is submitted, join one of our Recruitment Q&A sessions where you will learn the details of the recruitment process and talk with former mentors.

If you decide to progress, you will participate in a group dynamic and have an individual interview.

The four selected volunteers attend X training session before going on mission. Training sessions happen on mondays 6-8pm GMT
remotely.
